The winery has been in the Sangouard-Guyot families since the 18th century. The new generation, united by the marriage of Catherine Guyot and Pierre-Emmanuel Sangouard, have chosen to improve quality and vinify by parcel. To this end, they built a new cellar in 2013/14 that allows them to work in optimal conditions. Among other things, it has underground areas for breeding and storage.
