Cavas La Capilla has two farms in the province of Mendoza, Argentina.
Cavas La Capilla has been conceived under the "Boutique Winery" concept, which denotes exclusivity and craftsmanship in winemaking. The philosophy that guides us is to take care that the grapes, musts and wines have as little movement as possible, transferring the characteristics of the vineyard in the most natural way possible to the fermentation container. For this reason, special attention has been paid to the use of high technology, having as its axis gravitation in production processes. This is achieved with smart designs and state-of-the-art technology in every step of winemaking. The Project is based on the establishment of small production unit. This follows the concept of "Boutique Winery" and indicates exclusivity and craftsmanship in wine making. The philosophy that guide us in taking care that the vineyards had the less movement possible, translating characteristics of the vineyards in the most natural way possible to the fermentation recipent Because of that we pay special attention in the use of high end technology , having as axis the gravitation in productive proccess. This acomplish with smart design and newer technology in each step of vinification
Wineyard Gualtallary Tupungato region, in the Uco Valley, a place that offers outstanding conditions for the production of grapes to create wines of the highest quality. It offers unique conditions for Malbec, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. It is also suitable for white wine varieties such as Torrontés, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Chenin and Pinot Noire of outstanding winemaking quality. They are used either for still wines or as a base for sparkling wines.
Ugarteche, in the Department of Lujan de Cuyo, prime Argentine Malbec territory. Production in this vineyard is 70% Malbec and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon
