Domingo Molina is a family wine-making project in Cafayate, conceived for the exclusive production of fine wines. " This winery is located in North Yacochua, in Cafayate, in the Calchaquí Valleys, in the province of Salta. Endowed with a solid professional background and a vast experience in viticulture, the Domingo brothers, Osvaldo, Gabriel and Rafael, have successfully put together the pecularities of altitude grapes and the latest technology and facilities. Ranging from 1,600 to 2,300 metres above sea level, the sixty-hectare vineyards boast a special microclimate with more than 300 sunny days, scarce rainfall, and a wide temperature range, all of which allow for excellent grape growing conditions. Torrontes, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tannat are some of the varieties that are grown respecting the ecological identity and personality of the terroirs. The wines obtained from these grapes display all the typical qualities of the region in their intense aromas and flavours, complex body, good structure and balance.
Cafayate Valley 1,700 metres above sea level, in the deep sandy soils of the Cafayate Valley, our Torrontés is grown. Sunlight reflects on the sand and helps ripen the grapes, which now develop all their typical features. Constant gentle breezes blow, guaranteeing the health of the grapes, and their fresh, elegant aromas.

Hermanos Wines of personality and typicality. Slight passage through wood give it the right touch between complexity and freshness. Domingo Molina Wines made with grapes from Yacochuya and Valle Rupestre, where the sun and the temperature range allow the fruits to reach optimum maturity. The typicality of the terroir is implicit in the unique character of these wines with the additional touch provided by their moderate passage through French oak barrels. A seductive Torrontés and the impetuous reds Malbec, Tannat, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot make up the line.
M2 Malbec x Malbec
100% Malbec, product of the cut of Valle Rupestre and Yacochuya grapes. Complex wine with the typicality of the Calchaquí Valley. Rupestre The Quebrada de las Flechas is located over 2,200 meters in the so-called Rupestre Valley, an exceptional place due to its climate and soil conditions. From there come the grapes that give substance to this cut of Malbec, Tannat and Merlot, vinified in the classic way and matured for 12 months in French oak barrels. Robust but at the same time complex, full and elegant red, designed to be enjoyed on big occasions. Palo Domingo Flagship label of the winery that constitutes the maximum expression of Salta's terroir. Like many great wines, the composition of the blend is not tied to any rigid formula, but varies, seeking the best of each vintage. Palo Domingo is only made in those years in which the in-house technicians manage to locate bunches with such a high degree of excellence. Its aging in new French oak barrels makes it powerful, intriguing, multifaceted in its dimensions of color, aroma and flavor.
100% Malbec wine, very limited edition, 2,000 bottles are produced annually. The first edition was bottled on Tuesday the 13th, the concept of this brand suggests ... "Tuesday the 13th can be incredible days for great discoveries, like this unique Malbec, perfect for breaking down myths" ... Wine presented in the bottle 500ml whose main characteristic is its great varietal concentration in combination with oak and pleasant sweet style given by late grapes.
The Province of Salta is located 1616 km from the City of Buenos Aires and 1,200 km from Mendoza. It has an area of 155,488 square kilometers (4.1% of the national total) and covers all kinds of landscapes: from the aridity of the Puno desert to the west to the exuberant green of the jungle to the east, passing through valleys and steep ravines in the center of the Province. Cafayate is 180 km south of Salta and is the center of the wine production of the Calchaquí Valleys.
