Yes! When you’re selecting a shipment option at checkout, choose a Local Pickup location near you. You’ll receive an email confirming that your order has arrived and will have 5 days to pick it up. An adult signature is still required on all pick-up orders.

When an order is returned to our warehouse after several delivery attempts at the address you provided, we’re happy to reship the order. Email us at info@winehubusa.com to update your address.

It’s unusual and highly unlikely to receive a damaged product from us. However, in the event you do experience a problem with your order, let us know. We’ll have another wine shipped to you in no time. If we can also issue you WineHub credit or process a refund.

We are happy to assist with any returns! If you’re unhappy with your wine batch, we can issue a refund for the cost of the wine bottle. Unfortunately, if your wine bottle has been opened, we won’t be able to issue a refund or exchange.

We can deliver to anyone in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Columbia, Florida, Idaho, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

An adult (21+) must sign for all deliveries. To avoid missing your delivery, we recommend shipping your wine to an office or other place pf business.

Shipping and handling rates will vary based on the number of bottles, the size, and weight of your order. Rates will also change as expedited shipping methods are selected.
