When I drank this wine I thought, this a good wine and well-made! Then I saw the price and wow!!! 20 bucks? This is a REALLY good wine!
Buy your friend a bottle and ask them to taste it without mentioning the price. They’ll be happily surprised.
This Cabernet franc is a perfect wine to taste what this grape has to offer. The color is a medium ruby with a garnet hue.
The smell is exactly what a cab franc it supposed to be: green bell pepper, tomato leaf, lavender, roses, blackcurrant, raisins, and some vanilla and nutmeg from its pass in the oak. So complex and delicious!
My mouth was watery from the moment this wine touched my lips. It’s so fresh, the light tannins, and the flavor is intense and long.
This wine isa perfect for drink now, maybe safe a couple of years, but not too long. It already has all the fruit development you can get.
This pairs perfectly with game nights and mushroom pizza with truffle oil.
