WINEMAKER'S NOTES

A rose dedicated to the woman’s pleasure: The wine has a pale peach glittering color. The nose is intense, smooth and aromatic, and reveals voluptuous aromas of citrus, white peach, and jasmine. The palate reveals full and delicate fruity flavors, with a long and powerful finish of grapefruit and passion fruit. There is a nice balance between the nose and mouth. ABOUT THE WINERY: CHATEAU DE SAINT MARTIN

It is in the underground cellar built between the 12th and 17th centuries by the monks of Lérins where their wines are aged.

Using the tubs dug out of the rock by the monks in the 12th century. They were tiled with earthenware made by the monks, now they are glazed to maintain perfect hygiene. Only the closures have been modernized and adapted to our current working methods.

These vats thus house these wines in the best conditions of humidity and temperature (constant throughout the year).
