ABOUT THE WINERY: CHATEAU DE SAINT MARTIN
It is in the underground cellar built between the 12th and 17th centuries by the monks of Lérins where their wines are aged.
Using the tubs dug out of the rock by the monks in the 12th century. They were tiled with earthenware made by the monks, now they are glazed to maintain perfect hygiene. Only the closures have been modernized and adapted to our current working methods.
These vats thus house these wines in the best conditions of humidity and temperature (constant throughout the year).
