CRITIC'S NOTES
Come and dive in the Mediterranean ocean on a warm day! This wine is all you can expect from a perfect and relaxing day in the French riviera. Friendly, fun, full of flavor and refreshing. The bright acidity is very well balanced with the sweet flavors of the red cherries, plums and juicy apples, a hint of white roses and quince to complete this delicious wine.Even so, it is a light wine perfect for chilling in the balcony or at the pool. I was very surprised by the length in the palate, very food friendly can pair with varied dishes. Try salads, grilled fish, sushi, chicken or pizza! All pairs are perfect with this rose. Then take a bottle and just enjoy!

OUR SOMELIER REVIEW
Geek wine. When you have tasted thousands of wines you are seeking for that, how is it different and wake up your senses, and here we have a good example for that. Coming from a magnificent wine country like Moldova, these wines are not so easy to find in the USA, and they are unique, have grape varieties we may never hear about, cool labels, they are delicious and have a great price. What more you can ask for!
Feteasca Regala, or princess grape, is originally from Romania and produces wines with great character, body and complex aromas. Here in blend with the Riesling, also a very complex and aromatic grape makes a very powerful wine. With aromas of petrol, white flowers, apple pie, candied lemons, white stone fruit and herbs, this wine makes your mouth water even before you drink it. The acidity is very refreshing coming for a wine with 6 years old and the palate is silky and pleasant.
I enjoy this bottle with an Icelandic cod vongole, but I imagine it goes perfect also with paella, fish on the grill and roasted vegetables.
