Dry red wine with a strong structure, it pairs perfectly with first courses based on sauce, meats and medium to strong aged cheeses.

- AGING 15 months in Tronçais and Allier barrels: 1/3 new, 1/3 first fill, 1/3 second fill.
- SERVING TEMPERATURE 10 and 12°C
- COLOUR Intense and brilliant ruby red.
- SOIL Medium-textured Pleocene, which tends to be sandy loam which include gravelly sediments.
- PALATE In the mouth, with a sweetness in profile, is broad, complex and is animated by a well-dissolved tannin and a pleasant balsamic freshness.
- SMELL Ample and seductive bouquet characterized by notes of small berries and plums with hints of cinnamon, liquorice and a hint of coffee.
