WINEMAKER'S NOTES
Bright, pale yellow with a hint of green hue, even color throughout. The nose is softly full, aromas of lemon sherbet, pineapple and stone fruit melded with delicate spice dusting, a hint of brown butter and toasted almond. Medium-bodied, the wine is packed with freshness, nuances of lemon sherbet, ripe nectarine and pineapple enriched by almond butter, pastry and toffee; subtle white spice lends a long, juicy finish. The oak elements are integrated and broaden the palate, together with MLF leaving a creamy, smooth mouthfeel with a touch of fine-textured phenolics. A juicy line of acidity injected energy and vibrancy.
