France is the queen and king making sparkling wines, of course Champagne being the greatest of all, but actually you can find bubbles all around France, the French love to make and drink them, and we too!So if you don’t want to spend a lot of money on a bottle of champagne, even if it is worth it, sorry, I love champagne! Try to find cool bottles like this. In a Prosseco made stile but made 100% with Chardonnay, this wine is refreshing, full off fruit flavors like, apple, pear, lemons and withe flowers, the bubbles holds really well and tingle in the palate, the after taste is long and pleasant and the acidity balance perfect the little residual sugar content.
Pair with shrimp cocktail, sushi, salmon tartar or pizza. You can drink this alone or use it to make mimosas or bellinis! Cheers!
