CRITIC'S NOTES
Come and dive in the Mediterranean ocean on a warm day! This wine is all you can expect from a perfect and relaxing day in the French riviera. Friendly, fun, full of flavor and refreshing. The bright acidity is very well balanced with the sweet flavors of the red cherries, plums and juicy apples, a hint of white roses and quince to complete this delicious wine.Even so, it is a light wine perfect for chilling in the balcony or at the pool. I was very surprised by the length in the palate, very food friendly can pair with varied dishes. Try salads, grilled fish, sushi, chicken or pizza! All pairs are perfect with this rose. Then take a bottle and just enjoy!

OUR SOMELIER REVIEW
Like I said on other occasions, Napa Valley master Bordeaux Varieties, those grapes go so well together that anywhere in the glove they emulate the Bordeaux blend. Of course you need to have good grapes to make a good wine, and Napa has them, but in a blend you can see the artistry of the mend behind the label. This powerful wine has an intense nose of cherries, black berries, red currant, prunes, cedar, tobacco, cacao, kish, vanilla and tea leaves, so complex but well balanced at the same time. The entrance in the mouth is velvety and sweet and suddenly the tannins hit and the flavors invade all the palate. I was surprised about this wine, while the 2017 vintage is still young and fresh and my recommendation is to buy a couple bottles and age in your wine cellar. This wine stays in the palate and pairs with red meat, game, hard cheeses, grilled vegetables and pasta with heavy sources.
