Average age of the vines: 30 years. The berries are harvested just at maturity to keep them fresh. Direct pneumatic pressing. Static settling. Selected yeast. Vinification in concrete vats. Maturing on lees to increase aromatic complexity.

Born in the heart of La Mancha in 1954, the result of the initiative of 59 winegrowers from Campo de Criptana. Currently more than 400 farmers work on the development of their best grapes.
